Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Erika practices her passion for turning ideas into reality everyday. She brings to the team a career in building repeatable, scalable systems across operations, product development, marketing, and human capital. Erika was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Slyce, a visual search startup and was central in taking the company public on the TSXV.
Chief Executive Officer
Mike has 25 years of experience in the retail automotive industry and worked for one of the largest automotive groups in the U.S. as a general manager. In 2010, Mike joined a small rental car company with only eight locations that rented vehicles to private jet travelers and five-star resorts. Mike has helped the company grow to more than 75 locations across the country and increase top-line revenues by 600%. Mike has extensive knowledge of day-to-day operations and setting up infrastructure for growth.
Vice President of Technology
Andy is a technology visionary with extensive experience leading software builds to tackling business problems. He’s led dozens of development projects across his three decades in tech, working alongside leading partners like Microsoft and within a diverse industry set including healthcare, fintech, SaaS, AI, and e-learning.
Chief Financial Officer
Swapan has more than 25 years of senior finance and operations experience and has served at senior executive management levels, both in public and private companies in high growth technology, manufacturing, trading, and oil field services industries. He has held senior roles as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary, and served on the board of many of these companies. He has extensive experience in public company reporting, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, and overall financial and operational management. He is a results-driven and efficiency-focused individual providing strategic advice to his clients.
Head of Strategy and Business Development
Sean is a serial entrepreneur with a deep understanding of the advertising industry. Sean started his career at Bloomberg selling the core terminal to Fortune 500 corporations to help them manage their FX and Commodity risk. After 5 years in sales, Sean decided to put his analytical skills to work by joining the research arm of Bloomberg: Bloomberg Intelligence. Sean covered the media and advertising industry and gained a deep understanding of the current challenges that advertisers face given the rapidly changing industry.
Daphne uses her strategic planning, facilitation, and coordination skills to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. She has specific expertise in analyzing and coordinating engineering project costs and schedules. Her project know-how is rounded out with organization and people skills.
Christine Hart has a passion for creating innovative and effective communication and marketing strategies to help companies reach their growth targets. She draws on a proven history of entrepreneurship, project management, start-up advisory, facilitation of trainings and workshops and 10 years as a relationship coach. Christine has been a valued advisor and communications consultant to over 15 companies, ranging from 1-70 employees. She is best known for her out-of-the-box approach to marketing and growth, her dedication to the human side of the company, her resourcefulness as well as her ability to foster talent and build capabilities within teams.
Head of Product
Sam has a background in marketing, branding, and project and product management and uses her skills to guide the growth of TraxOne’s suite of products to meet the needs of today’s advertisers. As a business consultant, she’s worked with B2B companies across tech, digital products, and professional services to define their brand value and articulate it meaningfully across the right communications channels. Sam is an adjunct instructor at the Modern College of Design.
